Elegy is a community-based, panfandom roleplay
played out in a red light district setting where
two rival Houses fight for dominance and
where music influences all aspects of the city,
even giving characters strange abilities.

We sadly have no Tutu characters yet! But we'd love to see some because, c'mon! The city runs on MUSIC. How is that not perfect for this fandom? ♥
