Howdy! First-time poster and all-around newbie fan dropping in, and I come with goodies!

First, a little backstory. I begun watching Princess Tutu per the recommendation of a friend of mine, and fell in love very quickly. Upon watching episode 8, I became very interested in the blossoming relationship between Ahiru and Fakir, mostly because emotionally dead Mytho didn't interest me very much. So, by the end of the series, I was 100% convinced that the two had some sort of relationship. I immediately rewatched the entire series to look for clues of this, and two weeks later, here I am with an essay on the subject for your reading pleasure. (Obsessive much?)

As a note, I wrote this essay assuming I was one of only a few Ahiru/Fakir fans. Now that I browse through this community's posts, all I can say is, oh, how wrong I was.
