new prompt list: 64damn_prompts

I started a new prompt list community called 64damn_prompts, intended for fanfiction and fanart. It's a multi-fandom challenge, and based on the philosophy that there's not nearly enough Tutu fanfic or fanart on the net, I'm hoping you guys will be interested.
