About the PT guide books

I've seen the Princess Tutu seasons 1 and 2 official guide books floating around the internet and have been tempted to buy one or both. The reason why I'm interested in them is for the amount of information they might offer, especially reference pictures to scenary and detailed character sketches. That will save me time in finding references for fanart, but I have no idea what the insides of the guide books look like and I don't want to run the risk of buying the item and discover it doesn't have what I need.

So does anyone here have a copy of the guidebook(s)? And if  you do, what contents (information/pictures) does it have? Thanks in advance for the help. : )

EDIT: I forgot to ask, but does anyone know where I can buy the guide books? Animenation use to have vol. 1 but when I checked today they don't sell it any more. I'd prefer if I can get it off a reliable online shopping site and not a bidding site like eBay or something.
