Princess Tutu: The complete collection release!

Hey! I just got an email late yesterday from amazon, the box set is being released online on the 20th!

You can preorder the collection while saving some money, its not a bad deal for the entire series! (if you order it on amazon, you can get it for 37.49, which is much cheaper than buying each individual DVD)

You can even see the box cover here, im actually suprised that the cover doesn't have Princess Tutu/Ahiru on top!

Princess Tutu Gift Exchange?

This is probably the wrong time to post this and everything but I'm too tired to think about my NaNoWriMo novel right now (and random: it's my birthday XD). And I suddenly got to wondering...what do you guys think of doing a Princess Tutu Gift Exchange? We could set a small price limit (or if you're not up to sending actual presents via mail, how about virtual presents such as fanfiction, fanart, etc.? I need your input on this. ^_^).

We could do it a la Secret Santa style. I think I read in another fandom community that they're doing it kind of like personalized according to a specific character. For example, I could sign up as Ahiru so the person giving me a present would have to think of what she could give 'Ahiru' and not me. I think the idea's fun but I'm worried if character picking should be unique. We could, say, do it so that we can all sign up as our favorite character. So we could have three Fakirs or something to the effect.

Or is the whole character idea making things too complicated and rather...impersonal?

I'll be happy to get your input on the entire idea. :)
