Mytho Golden Pendant.

Hello, hello fellow TuTu-lovers. TuTu-hime has always been my favorite series, and It's finally dawned upon me that I need to cosplay Mytho. He's my favorite character because of his silent elegance, and confused demeanor. I also tend to like the white haired characters because of their sexyness! >D 
-coughcough- Anywho...Now, the reason I am posting is because I'm trying to find probably the most difficult accessory for Mytho's school uniform, which is his Golden pendant. If any of you have an idea of where I can find a very good look-a-like that's cheap (under $30 or so... >___>;) it would be much appreciated. Here's a picture for help.
