My apologies for the double post. I'm having another one of those activity bursts. >>; Gosh, and I'll have icons soon and the final batch of AMV links soon, too.

Anyhow, you might remember a sketch post I did rather recently. Well, I've colored the fourth one from that post (the Raven!Fakir and Ahiru embrace concept), as I said it would be the first to be inked and colored. And I'm posting it here to share~

Warnings: None, content-wise. I guess it looks a little angsty on Ahiru's part? Annnnd it's an embrace picture of sorts, so you could consider it shippy, as well. If you don't like them paired, I'd suggest not clicking the cut.

In which I mourn the DR's demise

I am sad that our fandom's dressing room appears dead. This saddens me for a number of reasons, the number one reason being that  I see it as a great loss of potential lulz. There just seems like there'd be something fun about playing Karon as the captain of the Enterprise, or incorporating characters from something totally ridiculous like a super robot AU.

I am torn between my three options: Leave it alone (most likely), try to prod it back to life (unlikely because who wants to play after over two months of inaction?), or take my tinker toys somewhere else and establish my own clubhouse. With blackjack. And hookers. This is most unlikely, because I am both lazy and reluctant to put myself at the head of an RP. My general rule of freeform internet roleplay is "Do whatever, as long as it's funny/cool/entertaining in some way". I don't tend to get hung up on characterization unless it's in fic, and I don't know if this is the best outlook for a maintainer of such a comm to have.
