( pas de deux!? )That's right - I finally managed to finish a piece of FakirxAhiru/Tutu (she's in her tutu form but honestly, I like to consider them the same because they share the same compassion, even if one is a little more graceful than the other xD) that I started a while ago. I began to sketch this out maybe... a week or so ago, and have been adding things here and there since then. It's still a sketch - no colors, unfortunately - but I think I just may keep it this way. Who knows, I may color it eventually!
I had wanted to make this a full body pose, but though I managed to finish Tutu's entire pose (god are arabesque/anything similar poses HARD) it just didn't really look right... that and the picture itself, as you can see, is GIANT. So I cropped it up to her dress and am trying not to regret giving up on the anatomy. Haha. Speaking of anatomy, ignore Fakir's right arm/hand - I like his hand, but the length of his arm is suggested to be really short. I tried to fix it, and to no avail, you can all suffer with it! XD What else... oh, I made Fakir look a little 'beaten' up so to say, with scratches/etc on his skin, as I am a sucker for his fallen knight role throughout the story. Rugged Fakir = happy me.
Other than the small imperfections, I'm proud of this, as I haven't had the chance to really depict these two the way they deserve to be! I've been so inspired by the many talented artists that move about this community, as well as those outside of this LJ page who love these two with their entire hearts. So, to Fakir, Ahiru/Tutu, and the fanbase of Fakiru - I love you and hope you enjoy my contribution!
