Summary: To Edel, desire was the name of a gem she sold on the street across from the flower shop.
Rating: K+ to be on the safe side.

When I saw that Club Tutu was holding an Edel-themed contest, this idea settled into my head and wouldn't leave me alone. The fic basically explores a bit of Edel's life pre-series, as well as what drives her to make her famous sacrifice.
