tutufansI know I haven't posted sketches in a little while... but as you can likely tell from the subject line, I have been drawing in the meantime. Just a biiiit caught up with RP to get around to posting them.
And let me give a special thanks to Tiassa for showing me the lovely 100 theme set that I used for a good number of these sketches! :D It's been INCREDIBLY helpful in the inspiration department.
But yes. Image heavy post! 18 in all!
Various things you'll find under the cut are: Princess Tutu + Soul Eater, a couple chibis, Nacht/Raven!Fakir, some Mytho/Rue, Chemistry tiemz, a healthy dose of my OTP, and some various single characters with various theme concepts.
And without further ado.... on to the fanart!
To start it off, here's my concept for Fakir and Ahiru from the "Soul Eater" universe! Because... they are shortly to be introduced to the PT dressingroom. XD Ahiru is the weapon (and if you would like to see her full weapon form, it's right HERE), and Fakir is the meister/technician! Still working out the backstory with SE!Fakir-mun, but these two are basically the most impatient/demanding technician (who has gone through loads of partners) and the most reluctant weapon (who has also gone through many partners who could not put up with her) paired together by Shinigami himself. XD Neither of which are happy with the arrangements. Their clothes are reflecting the more 'modern' kind of era there is in the SE series. I experimented a bit, but I kind of like how they turned out.
...And because I am a huge freaking dork--- here are their 'souls', in the style of the series. XD

This is just a chibi!Fakir, holding a giant quill with a giant inkwell sitting behind him. But it seemed like a cute concept.
And here's a random profile shot of Ahiru, in which I started to do weird things with her hair. >>;
Very random shot of Nacht/Raven!Fakir, biting his gloved finger for some odd reason. Maybe in the process of undressing. Idk. XD; I mainly wanted to draw him with his hair down. Which actually ended up looking kind of girly. >>;;;
Fakir, chastising Ahiru on her lack of grace and bad form, and using a book to correct her posture. ...Ahiru is likely not pleased by whatever potentially-insulting comment he made. And I fail at hands and arms, sry.
Chibi!Fakir and little duck Ahiru! ...I guess she wasn't expecting to be nuzzled. XD Or kissed. Or... I'll leave it up to you, viewers~!
Now start the themes. This is #1: Introduction. It's basically Fakir, studying the introduction to one of his stories. And yes, that feather is somehow bendy. :D;
Theme #2! Which is "love". ...I just wanted to do something cutesy for this, instead of the potentially romantic. XD And I might ink and color it, cause I love coloring chibis.
Theme 3 was "Light". And I thought of Tutu's pendant for some odd reason. But Tutu also represents a light in her own right, so... it sort of works both ways?
And in immediate contrast, theme #4 was "Dark". And judging by what I went with above, I decided to contrast Tutu's 'light' with Kraehe and Evil!Mytho's darkness. And to replace the pendant, Kraehe is clutching one of Mytho's heartshards. ...And more fail at hands and arms on my part, sry again.
Theme #5 was titled "Seeking Solace", which immediately brought to mind Rue cuddling up to heartless/semi-heartless Mytho. And probably going through the whole 'tell me that you love me' thing.
...This one was a fun theme. #6 is "Break Away". Which I'm almost certain was meant to have a different interpretation than the very literal one that I gave it here. XDDD I admit I really enjoyed drawing it, though. Whatever Fakir is writing, clearly it's frustrating the heck out of him. And Ahiru looks like "Oh no, not again..."
#7 was tricky at first. The theme was "Holy" and I was like, "What in the world do I draw for this?" ...Then I remembered those Raganrok Online PT chibis I did a little while back. And how I was debating making Ahiru a Priestess, but backed off since I made Mytho a Priest. ...And so I thought I might as well draw her in the priestess outfit and use it for this theme! ...So there she is. :D ...I really like her hair down and curly like that, too.
And the theme to follow Holy was... #8: Innocence. So I tried to think of something more like 'acting innocent' when one really wasn't. And little Fakir making a sheepish expression while holding his wooden sword behind his back (with obvious broken something laying nearby), came to mind. Thus I went with it. XD
And number 9, Chemistry, was another that I'm pretty sure I took out of the concept the theme was pushing for. And... stuck Fakir and Ahiru in labcoats, instead. XD So even though I doubt they were involved with anything like this at Kinkan Academy, it was a fun little idea to play with. Clearly Ahiru is about to make a mess or make something explode, and she's having fun, so likely doesn't care! ...And Fakir is doing things RIGHT, naturally. Precise measurments, and all. ...And no, I have no clue what they're mixing/making.
#10, "Breathe again" has one of my least favorite perspectives to attempt - which is tilting the head back. I probably screwed it up, but... practice makes better. >>; Or something. As for the theme itself, I took it as Rue sort of accepting the Raven's blood in her, but also not letting herself be taken over by it.
#12 is quite simply "Insanity". XD Which screamed Evil/twisted Mytho before anything else. AND WHERE IS #11, you ask? ...Well, I did draw it, for the theme "Memory", but I absolutely loathe how it turned out, so I'm not posting it here. XD;;; Sorry! *AHEM* As for this, Mytho is clearly...distraught. Probably dealing with the raven in him and... losing the battle, at the moment.
OKAY. That's it for my gigantic sketch post! XD;;; If you actually got through all of that, I do hope you enjoyed them! Any feedback at all (crit or otherwise) would be more than welcome and appreciated!
