tutufansHey, folks! Been awhile since I've done one of these, but the drawing muse has bitten me rather hard lately and I wasn't about to let inspiration go to waste, so...
Random sketches time!
Below the cut you'll find:
- A substantial amount of Fakir/Ahiru. But only one or two of them are really 'shippy'.
- Nerd!Ahiru
- Fanservice!Fakir
- A crossover pairing (thanks to RP - you know who you guys are)
- Rue and Fakir. Drinking and bitching. LOL.

This is the oldest one of the bunch. I drew it after Ace Attorney Investigations, as I had the very sudden desire to see Fakir and Ahiru as a prosecutor and detective pair. XD (Yeah, idk either.) Anyway, Ahiru would be the most fail detective ever. And she wears too many layers. And hates her ugly coat that precinct gave to her to wear. Fakir is... just Fakir. With a tear in his sleeve because I had to. I had a vague idea for a fic using these two, as well, but I'm not sure if I'll get around to writing it.
Nerd!Ahiru! ...lol. I just wanted to draw her with glasses and frizzy/messy hair. Kind of hard to think of her as being intellectual or something, but it was fun to draw, nonetheless!
I wanted to draw Fakir teasing Ahiru. Originally, she was being difficult and huffy, but I couldn't get her expression and posing to look right, so I went with having her being taken by surprise, instead. And I tried to twist the posing so it made her look like she was originally walking away from the viewer before she got snagged (does it look right? o.Oa). Anyway. Yes. Good practice for full-body posing, at least~!
And here's some fanservicy!Fakir. Really, more or less, it was so I could practice drawing half-bare male bodies a bit more. And I realize that his scar isn't showing. I forgot it. SORRY. Anyway... he's likely freshening up a bit after a long period of dancingor something else? *shot* . And that's some kind of towel that he's moving to wrap around his shoulders, if it wasn't obvious.
This one actually has an ironic story behind it. I was itching to draw something cute one night. And that usually leads toward chibis. But the thing is, the weather here at the time was nearly sixty degrees farenheit, which is... EXTREMELY rare and high for this time of year where I live. And nearly 3/4 of our snow was gone and it was gorgeous outside and---I suddenly decided I wanted to draw something wintry and cold. XDD;;; I DON'T KNOW HOW MY BRAIN WORKS. But yes. That's what spawned this, basically. And I had fun bundling Fakir up. ...That weird duck-shaped mass in Ahiru's arms is a snow-duck that she made, btw. With a leaf sticking out of its head for her ahoge. XD
This one is RP-based, and the so-called 'crossover' pairing I mentioned in the tiny blurb at the top of this post. Anyway, that's NOT Mytho with glasses standing with Rue. It's actually Sasame, from Pretear! ...Yeah. I ship them in the game they're in. They have a really interesting dynamic. And it's sooooo chock full of aaaaangst. But, yes. I thought it would be interesting to draw them together.
SHAMELESS SHIPPING. Yep. Well, I wanted to practice drawing kissing. And I wanted to give Ahiru a one-up on Fakir for a change. So. He was probably sitting in that chair (YES, I HATE THE CHAIR PLEASE IGNORE THE CHAIR ;_; I REDREW IT SO MANY TIMES IT ISN'T EVEN FUNNY) and writing something when she came out of nowhere and... :D ...Not sure WHY she would do that. Maybe he was ignoring her too much or something. Haha. But the posing for it was pretty fun, even if Fakir isn't really sliding off the chair like I wanted him to be. :/ Ah well. Practice makes better! And I'm content with the kissing part of it, at least. So that's... something. XD;
And last but not least, Rue and Fakir at a bar, drinking and squabbling away about something or other. ...I know the scene looks more like a restaurant, but uh... oh well. XD; AT LEAST I DREW A BACKGROUND OR A CHANGE? >>; ...Anyhow. This was partially requested by kail_lis, who muns the Rue. Annnnd depending on what goes down, this might actually happen in the RP. The picture isn't meant to really be shippy, but if you want to take it that way, feel free. lol
Annnnnd that does it! I really hope you enjoyed the sketches! And I hope my rambling on them didn't annoy you! (If you got through all of that, super kudos to you!) :D;;; That said, any comments and criticisms (Seriously, if you see any blazing anatomy problems or the like, please point them out to me! I suck at anatomy, but I do want to improve.) you may have are most welcome and greatly appreciated!
