Four sketches. VERY SHIPPY (romantically)

Please don't kill me for the double post. T_T I know I'm too active for my own good. What crazy person my age would spend this much time fandom-ing?

Furthermore, is my posting of sketches and stuff bothering anyone yet? Seriously. I would be more than happy to keep this stuff on DA or to myself if this is getting out of hand. Just let me know.

So anyway...These are a little different from my normal sketches. These are a little more...intimate. Not extreme in any way, but yeah.

I'm sorry for my lack of Mytho/Rue stuff. I do have one sketch of them in this, but it's chibis. The rest is Fakiru.

So why this change in the drawing? Well, a friend of mine asked me to draw a kissing scene. Basically, I said, "Eh, I can't draw those very well." So she said, "Well you're not going to get any better if you don't try." Point taken o.o;

And here is your warning: If that kind of thing bothers you, stay away from this post. Do not click that cut and subject yourself to something you don't want to see.

PG-13 rating at most. But yeah. Like I said, if characters being er..involved or the pairings bother you, skip this.

I blame this on my drawing muse acting up now that my writing one is being difficult, and you guys who are supporting me and making me feel comfortable with sharing my art (not that it's a bad thing, but I'm just not used to being this open with my art o_o;).  And another special shout-out to those of you who gave me drawing bunnies from that last post. XD I've got so many ideas now that they're coming out of my ears.

First up, a Rue/Mytho piece. I can't seem to draw them well lately and I'm not sure why. Anyway, they're just chibis here and sharing a little kiss. Awww...  Mytho's hair was being such a PAIN. I have no idea why, but I had to redraw his head about five times. -_- I think Rue looks cute, though. I'm sure you can tell why I need practice drawing characters kissing.








And now for the Fakiru sketches. Hoooo boy. :x  One of the reasons these two are particularly interesting to play around with positions with is due to their height difference. You'll see how I deal with that differently in each sketch. XD

This first one isn't quite a kiss, but it's close. They're about to "say goodnight". XD; I know Ahiru's legs look wonky, so I apologize for that. I really need to practice posing though, so try to ignore the problem areas, if you can. I obscured Fakir's expression cause I think somehow it made the "moment" more intimate (don't ask me how). I also needed to practice hands. Not entirely happy with them all here, but I've done worse.  And um, she's kneeling on a bed, if you can't tell (I suck at scenery). I also partially blame the canon-ness of Ahiru having slept in his bed...twice, in the series itself.. XD






And now we get to the real deal. What I had in mind for this one was a more modern setting. I orginally had a building in the background but it looked like crap so I erased it.   I also drew them considerably older, with more modern-type clothing (and I gave Fakir a visible hairtie, with shorter hair). I...really can't draw this type of thing, but I tried anyway. XD; I made up for difference in height in this piece by sitting Fakir down somewhat, and Ahiru lifting herself up with the help of his shirt. I think it sort of worked out, but their pose still looks a little strange. Buuuut, I gotta keep trying if I want to get any better at it.






And this one...This is my favorite of the bunch, hands down. I got the idea for this one, posing at all and basically thought, "There's no way in hell I'm going to be able to pull this pose off." But, I liked the idea so much that I tried it anyway. And surprisingly, it worked out almost just like it did in my head. o.o  And that, is my third way so far of making up for height difference. XD Orginally, Fakir wasn't hodling her braid, but I already hid two hands in the picture somewhat, so I figured I really needed to show the other.  Anyway, I imagine they're on lunch break or something, and Fakir finds a nice spot under a tree to do some reading/writing. And I guess Ahiru came to surprise him. XD lol I'm such a freaking dork.



And that's it, for now. Um, if you could actually bear to look through all that, I'd appreciate any and all feedback. This kind of thing is really hard to draw, so I apologize if any of it looks really bad or something. o.o;; I hope to improve.

Also, just out of curiosity, would anyone like to see any in particular inked and colored?
