ADV Universe Digital Store's Princess Tutu Release

Since Volumes 1 and 4 are getting to be very difficult to find and there's no indication as to whether or not ADV is planning to release a thinpack, I thought I'd mention that the entire show is available for purchase in the ADV digital store for $4.99 an episode.

While this release has some flaws (it's dub-only and Windows Media Player-only), it's definitely better than nothing, right?

(In the same vein - for those looking to get the music, Amazon.com has a special Classical Music section with fairly standard recordings for reasonable prices - Swan Lake is available for $7.97, to pick the first example that comes to mind.)

Hope this can help some people who are trying to buy the show.

This is a new one...

After I made my AhiruxAutor video for the pairings contest over at the autor_alliance, I decided to hurry up and finish a fan art piece I had planned on entering instead. Since the deadline was coming up, I had dropped the picture and made the video. But afterwards, I couldn't get the image or quote out of my head, so I redrew it and colored it. I thought it turned out really well, sooo- I decided to share it with you all ^.^

My Princess Tutu amv got awarded "Fan Favorite" in the AMV contest at this year's Connecticon! Check it out if you want, I had posted a preliminary version here for comments, and this is the finished product...
