Hello, all! <3 I'm new to this fandom and have brought something to share, but I thought I'd share the story of how I got here while I'm at it. :D I'm in my first year of college, and in an effort to make friends, I joined an anime club where they watch four different series (one episode of each for each meeting) and PT is one of the shows we're watching. Now, keep in mind that this club is mostly made up of 19-20 year old guys (us girls only make up about a fourth of the group. ;D) so, as one might expect, this quickly became the anime that everyone makes fun of. I, too, was kind of put off by the crackish aspect of it at first, but I was annoyed that nobody else would give it a chance to get better, so after seeing Act 2, I thought, 'I'll watch a few more episodes on Youtube, just to see if it improves.'

To make a long story short? I mainlined the entire series in less than twenty-four hours and ordered the DVDs the next day. I was in love. <33

So now I'm basically obsessed! It's kind of become a part of my life, because no matter what, I always see a episode every Tuesday night at my anime club (and all the guys are TOTALLY starting to like it, I can tell. XD) This Tuesday is Act 10, which I'm excited about. :D
