Princess Tutu Theme Contest - Discussion

tutufansAlright! So... Upon the arrival of August 25th, there was a grand total of two submissions to the Princess Tutu Theme Contest.
I thought of extending until September 25th, as I mentioned in my last post. However, it's also been brought to my attention that much of the way this contest has been run was pretty confusing and there wasn't enough reminders throughout. And I was also given some suggestions from a community member about possibly making more/special categories, among other things.
Another possible concern brought to me was that perhaps the theme itself is difficult or hard to gain inspiration from. (That theme is Hope, by the way. ) So I would like to know if the community thinks that the theme should possibly be changed?
If that DOES happen, the contest will start for 2 months again (as the original plan was). And also, the two who have already entered will each get sketch requests from me.
However, if the theme of Hope is alright and you guys don't want it to be changed, then that would stay as it is, the entries submitted would remain, and the contest would then be extended again (Perhaps to the end of September or longer if the community believes they'll be very busy with school and such). In that case, I would try to organize it better, create a few polls for feedback on various things, and hopefully get it off on the right foot.
