All right, I'm still trying to make up for abandoning you guys for four weeks by posting an episode per week. Here comes the final episode for season 1.

Subtitle: Schwanensee
Heart Shard: None

Introduction:
Once upon a time, there was a prince who fell in love with a beautiful white swan.
However, the prince fell into a foul trap set by the black swan, and ended up betraying his beloved white swan. The prince swore his love unintentionally to the black swan.
But even so, the white swan abandons herself, and tries to save her beloved prince.
Now is the time when the depth of their love will be tried...

New music:

Tutu dances a Pas de deux alone, Mytho awakens, Kraehe concedes in sorrow: Tchaikovsky, Piotr Ilyich: Swan Lake: Act II, No.14

The Swan is often thought of as "The Dying Swan", and has been danced to a lot.

Tutu and Kraehe dance to the same waltz that Rue and Ahiru/Duck danced a pas de deux to in episode 2.

The Siegfried Idyll was last used when Ahiru/Duck and Mytho danced in episode 5. It is also used a lot in the second season.

The Pas de deux Tutu dances alone is probably one of the more dramatic bits of Swan Lake, and you can watch it here. That's the only one I could find - that's Siegfried and Rothbart dancing. The pas de deux comes afterwards, it seems - please correct me if you know something, because I'm pretty sure I've got this wrong.

Here's about Swan Lake, by the way. You'll notice which story the intro for this episode references.

Does anyone know if Edel's final moments are a reference to something?

That concludes season 1. Tune in tomorrow for the beginning of season 2!
