Boy!Rue (or "Ray", to make it easier) would probably be like Fakir vers.02, with his slanted eyes and frowny face. I actually prefer the buff, manlier types when it comes to fictional males, but I doubt that it'd suit Ray very much. D: Rue with muscles actually scares me a bit.
