Genderswapped Rue and Mytho

tutufansSo a while back I posted some genderswap art of Fakir, Ahiru and Mytho. Recently I got around to doing the last of the set and redesigning Mytho's cause I had another idea for her design than the one I had before. Now if deviantArt will cooperate with me, I'll post some thumbnails here to puzzle over. =P There are blurbs on the deviantArt page but I'll copypasta here for convenience XD;;

...L-LOL, if some of you are familiar, I do very much realize that the design looks strangely similar to an OC of mine for the show -- while in essence that was intentional, I did make sure that several design features distinguish this design and that of the OC, namely the hair tinge is exactly like canon Rue's, the hairstyle is a direct translation, and the cut is a bit "cuter", what with the way it curls in the back. =P
For the Raven design, the outfit is really similar to the one Mytho had in canon (so sue me, I didn't want to make it too outlandish and I'm not so familiar with proper danseur designs...), but I did want to have some kind of hair change and reference to the cowlick-of-doom Kraehe had, so instead of sticking out the top it's out the back like a sort of manly ponytail. XD

I did do a previous design for girl!Mytho, one that was basically the boy design but with a bit of length added to the end, but I've always wanted to do a design with long hair, cause well, that's really classically princess-like, right? And since boy!Mytho's hair just seems to be designed to be short, how could I emulate that design and yet also make it long? Worked on it for a little while and came up with something I'm fairly proud of. =3
While the RPer did want to focus on Mytho from the canon point where the evilness is most prominent, there are a number of expressions appropriate from that point in the show, as well as a feminine design for the raven outfit. Instead of ripping off Kraehe's though, the RPer suggested that instead there be a longer style dress used -- in essence, the more modern style of ballet dress (the pancake is more classical; the longer one is like that in the Giselle episode). So I went from that, took design elements from the canon masculine outfit and did throw in a little of the Kraehe what with the low cut front just cause that seems appropriate =P
There's also thus a 'pained' sort of expression when there's internal battling going on, and a serious expression that could actually be used for either normal or evil version (the eyes closed makes it happily vague!) Of course, that makes the smile really out of place, but when I was drawing all of these OMG EVULZ HURTS expressions I just couldn't leave it off at that point. So I threw in some good happy to round it off. =P
And to end on a really random note...does it seem like to you that in genderswap, Fakir and Mytho are kind of a tsundere/yandere contrast pair?? o_O (Well if the yandere part is evil!Mytho anyway XP )
