Ikutsu?

Are there canonical ages given anywhere for the characters? I've seen Ahiru listed at various sites as thirteen, but how old are Rue and Fakir? For some reason I have a mental chart that says respectively sixteen and seventeen, but I've no idea where I got that information, and I'd prefer to have the correct information to fanfic from. Thanks if anyone can help!
