PT Roleplaying

I was thinking about something... for community involvement, making friends, offering ideas, and generally something that might be enjoyable to members:

Who would be interested in a Roleplay for Princess Tutu?

There might very well be a few of these in the making or been done in the past already. I'm aware of that. But I really think a fresh start would be good. Something new.

And I don't know a whole lot about creating these things, but if there's enough interest and such, maybe we can toss around ideas and get something worked out. I mean, I'm all for community involvement and I think I've been throwing down too much single-handedly that doesn't really get the other members included. Though I would probably be more than willing and inspired to do art based on roleplay scenes, as I have in the past. And I might be a little lacking in confidence on the matter, but I think this kind of thing would be fun to do and good to get the PT community involved with. Also potentially having members make friends, or get better acquainted with other members. I'm leaning out into the open on this despite how rather nervous I am, because I really thought it sounded fun and interesting.

Any thoughts from anyone on this...?

Personally, I'd kind of like to give Ahiru a try, in a roleplay sense. It'd be a challenge because of the generally-descriptive way I tend to write in much too often. Though I bet I could pull off those run-on sentences/rambles with ease.  She's also the character I tend to identify the most with. 

Anyway, this is just an idea. I will be leaving for a week come this Tuesday, due to a sort-of vacation, but I'll have a Dana with me (just a small device that lets you type and read text files and things), with which I can brainstorm and possibly work on some unfinished fanfiction.

If there's no interest, which is understandable (RPers are actually pretty hard to come by, from what I've seen), the idea can be dropped easily.

As for my own experience and interest in this, it bases from here: I used to belong to an original Anthro RP group a long time ago, and it was fun. I also joined a fandom-related one once and did one different RP with two friends I had at the time, as well. Also explored a little bit of an interesting style of roleplay on an online game called Ragnarok Online.

Perhaps some of you have experience in role-playing? Share a memory or two, if you'd like. Along with possible character(s) from PT you might be interested in trying to roleplay, or any ideas for a general plot, setting, and such. Also, perhaps, where this might be made (IMs, Make an LJ community, etc).

Possible plot(s) to work with: Season 3? (Have any events already taken place to get the RP off its feet? What's the setting and how and where should the characters meet? General plot bases in mind? Ideas most welcome!)

Original Characters or not? --- Do we want to allow original fan-made characters into the roleplay? Or should it stick to existing characters? (Many lesser characters have the freedom of being somewhat "created" through deeper personalities, since there are a lot of one or few-time appearance characters in the show, if anyone were intersted in developing one of them)
