Hi, everyone! I'm selling a bunch of Princess Tutu doujinshi on ebay right now if you'd like to take a look. I've set the prices to less than what I paid for them so you should get a good deal.

The stories are pre-series, post-series, during series, an au, and just a whole hodgepodge of goodies. Mostly Fakiru but you do see some Mytho/Rue in some as well.

Hello, community. I've been lurking here for several years & only now decided to post because

usedtotime has been encouraging me to do so for months. I'm really nervous. I'm really shy. *hides* (/).(\)
Ahiru is my favorite character and I really like making animated gifs. I also like to paste together long panning shots into one giant image. I've made quite a few Princess Tutu gifs and images and would like to share some of them so my intro post has some interesting content. I've uploaded quite a bit of these onto Tumblr already

I'm one of those strange folks who ships Mytho x Ahiru and doesn't particularly like the pairings the show ended with. But most of the fanart I find seems to be - well, of Mytho x Rue and Fakir x Ahiru. Nothing against them; I just want to see a bit more of my pairing, you know?

Hey so I've had this idea for a story for a while, but I've never written fanfiction before and I'm not sure if I should post what I've written so far. I wrote a prologue. Not sure if I'll be able to write out a full story, but maybe. I'm pretty sure though that I've got an original storyline, as far as PT fic goes. It's basically to explain why Duck was able to fall in love with the prince and do so much. Anyone else ever really wondered about that? I mean if normal ducks could just fall in love with humans, why didn't any of the other ducks notice Mytho? So my theory is that Duck is special, but I won't go into it here. So, any interest in reading a first fanfic? Should I post it here?

*Quick warning that the beginning of this post has spoilers, so please don't read this if you haven't finished the series yet!*

So... here's another fanfic I wrote! XD One day I randomly thought, "what would've happened if Mytho chose Ahiru at the end of the series instead of Rue?" I tried writing the scenario from Fakir's point of view, and this fanfic is the result of that. :P

If the part with Rue at the end seems tacked on, it is. ^^; I wrote up to the end of the first part, and then I went "oh crap! I should include Rue in this somehow, since she would be affected by this decision too!!" so I freaked out and added that last part on. I really don't think I wrote her completely in-character, so please let me know if she seems "off" or anything. (Actually, please let me know if any of the characters seem "off," haha.)

I was researching outfits in the series for a new pic (non-crack this time lol). I hadn't seen most of Princess Tutu since I first saw it some 5 years ago, so I ended up watching a couple episodes last night in nostalgia and skipped around others looking for nice scenes. I looove the art style HOMG. *total artgasm over here* Some imagery is SO PRETTY, even if nothing is actually happening in that scene. I don't know if there is some great, complete screencap Tutu gallery out there somewhere, but I figured I would share some artsy caps I took that I enjoyed. I tried to make them small enough so they won't take forever to load but big enough to see. ^^

CRAAAACK!!!!

Remember near the end of the series where Drosselmeyer visits Fakir and forces him to write about convincing Ahiru to plunge into that lake of despair?
I was imagining what that scene would have been like if Drosselmeyer was more interested in writing about shipping than tragedy.

(The drawings are scanned in twice their size (they're seriously freakin TINY irl). Sorry for the lack of details but I was at work and must draw these things DISCREETLY lol.)

Notes: This was going to be twice as longer but, I decided to cut the chapter short(er) since I thought it was getting a bit too long. So, I suppose that this means it's going to be even longer than I imagined. Anyway, this is- if the first chapter is any indication- getting somewhat darker. I'd like for everyone to keep in mind that I'm doing my best to recpature what might have happened before Mytho shattered his heart to seal the raven away. So, each of the character's actions and development does have purpose. Also, the translation of the title, if anyone hasn't figured it out yet, is Latin for "Give me your heart." A very prevalent theme in season two.

Kudos to anyone who can translate the title. ^^; I'll give you a hint, it's in Latin.

Notes: Well, this was a little thing I was doing for fun. It was supposed to be short, just a blurb maybe. But then it got longer. Now, it shall have to be more than one chapter long. *sigh* This takes place in an ideal story-land world that Drosselmeyer might have created for Prince Siegfriend. This also features Lohengrin, his first knight, and Princess Tutu and Rue, in their counterpart storybook selves that I've come up. There are various references to The Nutcracker and Swan Lake, mainly names. The book The Other Boleyn Girl was quite an influence in writing this as well.
