Really taking my dive into this fandom, now. I signed up for two different challenge communities, so I've got a lot of work ahead of me, but I know it's going to be a lot of fun.

Here's the first installment for [profile] 50_lovequotes if you're interested, for the Fakir/Ahiru pairing (yeah, I'm addicted):

(Hope the link works. For some reason, I always have trouble with these things...)

On another note, I had an idea kind of based off of these types of things. But instead of having to do with pairings, what about  a collaborative set of themes in general for Princess Tutu (made by this community's members)? Just a random thought and suggestion. I thought it might be fun if anyone is interested in helping with the themes or interested in doing the challenge once that part of it is completed.

Drop any comments/feedback you might have on the matter, if you would. It'd be greatly appreciated.

I'm trying to make a list of all the episode's music themes (as well as character themes). Like, for instance, episode 9's was The Old Castle by Mussorgsky. The song that is used on the preview for that episode (and the episode's title might help). If you know any (or if I made a mistake), please post it! Thank you!

NOTE: I am having major trouble with episodes 4, 11, 16, 20, 23, and the character theme for Rue. Please help!

Sorry to double-post, but I went to Metrocon and I'd like to share with you some stuff. For a short bit of time, I listened to Chris Patton (Fakir) talk at the panel (or something...) about a fan who asked him to drink out of a water bottle so she could give it to her friend. O.O Anyway, later on (After the uber-long chess match), me and my sister wanted to go see Luci Christian (Ahiru/Duck and Princess Tutu) since she's our favorite voice actress. We got to sit up in the front (^.^). On the big T.V., we watched an episode of SuperGals (which she seemingly is the main role in). She then answered some questions. My sister asked a question for me, and since everyone was like "How was it like to work on so-and-so?",  we filled in the blank with Princess Tutu. So when she asked her "How was it like to work on Princess Tutu?", Luci was like, "She said the magic word!!" And Luci told us how Princess Tutu was one of the best shows she has ever worked on (woot woot!). Later on, during the ADV panel, she was saying how at the end of the first season, just when you thought the show couldn't get any better, it did (heck yah!). Yup, so, I thought I'd share that info with you who couldn't go to Metrocon this year.

And I also screencapped some Tutu, and I put the images on my photobucket. I only had episodes 6-18 on me, so, here is the link! Credit not required if you use them, since they're not very good anyway.

I've been busy with this all day. ...I think the caffiene got to me.

A Saturday, not much to do after work...Thus I doodled Princess Tutu stuff. For some reason, I had a bloody blast with it. I further decided to scan the sketches in, pick them out one by one and shade them in with Photoshop...

...And proceeded to make the crackiest icons.

I will warn you before you hit that LJ-cut link... It really is cracked. I don't mean anything bad to any of the characters, so please don't take it that way. XD; I was just having fun and thought I'd share it, since I spent all day playing with the doodles.

Here are teasers for the crack icons:

Yeah, I warned you... But any feedback would be welcome. And if this type of fandom-love is discouraged, let me know. ^^;
